Sam Bondarenko
Director
Sam is the founder of Prestige Business Management™ & MLM Accountant™. In addition, Sam has worked with businesses across the UK and beyond. He has developed a range of skills that have helped him to grow and expand Prestige Business Management’s core services by focusing on providing each and every client with value. One of his key principles is communication and he carries this out by using email, phone, WhatsApp, and other methods so his clients can contact him quickly and easily using their preferred choice. Sam has over 20 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and business within a wide variety of industries giving him a unique insight, not just in accounts but also the day to day running of companies and is able to use that extensive knowledge to help his clients further.
Simon Ridout
Management Account
Simon has over 40 years’ of experience in Management Accounting and Bookkeeping, he specialises in drilling down into the numbers to provide clients with a unique insight into how their company is running and where it is making or losing money. Likewise, Simon’s ethos is to provide the best quality service with the best possible outcome for his clients’ specific needs. He also has a range of experience from small businesses to large construction companies.
Sanda Ficioru
Client Relationship Manager
Sanda studied Business and Accounting at university and has always had a passion for Accounting. She joined the team in 2021 and has been a great asset ever since. Sanda is primarily responsible for the day to day client relationships, bookkeeping and payroll. In addition she is responsible for onboarding all of our new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Sanda also recently started her journey with AAT and is excelling on all her exams.
