Cloud-based accounting systems
Cloud-based accounting systems allow for fantastic freedom, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness for both us at Prestige and our clients. We use Quickbooks Online (which is often abbreviated to QBO) and we are QBO Advanced Certified. This enables us to access, manage, and control data from anywhere. This offers a far more flexible approach than storing data on standard systems and allows for more dynamic, proactive management, free of the restrictions of conventional system setups.
It is also worth noting that while we most commonly use QBO, we are also comfortable using Xero and other online accounting systems if you prefer – please feel free to request whichever system works best for your needs.
File sharing technology
The ability to quickly share files is vital in modern business, which is why we offer a range of different options to perform this service. We can share files through third-party applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive. In addition, we have gone a step further and introduced our own file sharing system that can be accessed through our website – another example of our determination to provide a wide range of options to our clients.
